Encourages the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) to conduct a thorough assessment of its operations and practices regarding the inclusion of the Georgia Athletic Officials Association (GAOA) and member officials on the GHSA Executive Committee

Notes that the GHSA Executive Committee consists of 66 members representing 22 subcommittees, regional representatives, 4 at-large members, and 6 state-level associations, but no representative for the approximately 9,000 member officials

Highlights that most other state-level associations already have representation on the Executive Committee, while the officials' association (GAOA) does not

Recognizes that the GHSA, GAOA, the National Association of Sports Officials, and the National Federation of State High School Associations have all acknowledged a shortage of sports officials

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute a copy of the resolution to the Executive Director of the GHSA
