Redraws the seven education district boundaries for the Dodge County Board of Education based on the 2020 U.S. decennial census data, replacing the previous district descriptions established in 2012

District boundaries are defined by specific Voting Tabulation Districts (VTDs) and census blocks within Dodge County, Georgia, as detailed in Appendix A (Plan Name: DodgeSB-2022)

Current Board of Education members continue serving until the regular expiration of their terms and are deemed to represent the newly redrawn districts effective upon the Act's passage

Excludes incarcerated populations from certain census blocks (specifically blocks 1010 and 1012 in VTD Mullis) for redistricting purposes

Provisions necessary for conducting 2022 elections take effect upon the Governor's approval, with all remaining provisions effective January 1, 2023
