Georgia House Resolution 1099 recognizes and commends Mack Wilbourn, owner and president of Mack II Inc., for over 50 years of leadership in the Atlanta business and nonprofit community

In 1971, Wilbourn became one of the first minority McDonald's franchisees in Atlanta, growing to four restaurants and over 150 employees before selling in 1992; he also served as an Olympic licensee for the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympic Games

Current franchises include Atlanta Bread & Bar, Baja Fresh Mexican, Famiglia Pizza, Phillips Seafood, Popeyes, and We Juice It, all located in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Awards include the 2011 Corporation of the Year from The Atlanta Business League, the 2016 Corporation of the Year from the City of College Park, and induction into the Atlanta Business League Hall of Fame

Served on the boards of Georgia Primary Bank, CHOICES Inc., The Piedmont Foundation, The Smithsonian National Portrait Museum, and The Atlanta Business League
