Salutes Black radio personalities broadly for their global and cultural impact, noting their contributions dating back to 1929 in both secular (jazz, blues, pop, R&B) and nonsecular (gospel) music broadcasting

Acknowledges June as African American Music Appreciation Month, established by President Jimmy Carter in 1979

Honors pioneering Black deejays for serving as voices for the voiceless, promoting civil rights, voter registration, economic development, academic achievement, and providing news and perspectives otherwise unavailable to Black communities across Georgia and the nation

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to Frank Ski
