Creates the Senate Study Committee on Economic Development and International Relations to examine Georgia's international trade, tourism, investment policies, and opportunities to strengthen global economic partnerships

Committee consists of 5 Senate members appointed by the President of the Senate (including chairs of the Appropriations-Economic Development and Appropriations-Transportation subcommittees), the commissioner of economic development or designee, one nonlegislative member with local economic development expertise, and the President of the Senate as an ex officio member

Directs the committee to review existing state economic development policies, economic trends, other states' and nations' programs, sister-state relationships, legislative trade delegations, and tourism slogans or taglines to promote international economic relations

Legislative members receive standard legislative allowances; expense reimbursements are capped at 5 days unless additional days are authorized, with funding drawn from Senate appropriations

Committee must file any report approved by majority quorum vote with the Secretary of the Senate and stands abolished on December 1, 2022
