Named Legislator of the Year by the Council of Probate Court Judges of Georgia and the Georgia State Firefighters Association/Georgia Association of Fire Chiefs

Active in civic organizations including the Ocilla Rotary Club and the Georgia Young Farmers Association

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to Senator Tyler Harper
