Recognizes his community involvement through the Toney Valley Civic Association and the Choice Management Knights Organization, which he founded in 2010 to mentor youth through basketball

Notes his previous honors, including Teacher of the Year, Omega Man of the Year, Organization of DeKalb Educators Leadership Award for Excellence in Leadership, and the RoJohn Lamont Crawford Memorial Award

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Oliver L. Dean II
