Georgia House Resolution 1149 recognizes and commends Wayne Hall for his service to his community, state, nation, and the world

Wayne Hall was born in Ewarton, St. Catherine, Jamaica, and holds a B.A. in Business Management and an M.A. in Special Education with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder; he currently serves as a special education teacher with Gwinnett County Public Schools

He began his radio broadcasting career in March 2012 and now hosts his own program, "The Wayne Hall Show," covering news, sports, and interviews

He has contributed to the Caribbean American community by hosting events including the Charleston Carifest, Grace Atlanta Jerk Fest, the Atlanta Montego Bay Sister Cities event, and the launch of Caribbean American Heritage Month

He was invited in 2020 to judge the Jamaica International Independent Foreign Song Competition and served as head judge for the finals in 2023
