Honors the life and memory of Dr. James R. Morrow, MD, a family physician who passed away on August 31, 2023, at age 69

Dr. Morrow served as CEO of Morrow Family Medicine in Cumming, Georgia, for 10 years, earning recognition as "Best in Forsyth" in Family Medicine for ten consecutive years and the Steve Bloom Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014

He and his wife, Peggie, raised over $400,000 for Forsyth County Schools, earning the Hendricks Award and recognition as Distinguished Humanitarian Physician Alumni of the Year from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine

Dr. Morrow was a leader in health information technology, serving two terms as a commissioner to the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT) and on multiple HIMSS committees

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Dr. Morrow's family
