Commends biomedical technicians, animal care technicians, biomedical veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and cage wash technicians for their contributions to the field

Encourages educational initiatives that promote understanding of animals' role in biomedical research and highlight career opportunities in biomedical research and laboratory animal care

Calls upon individuals, organizations, and policymakers to support the objectives of Biomedical Research Day, including promoting awareness and advocating for compassionate animal care in research
