Honors Mary Frances Rogers Waller (1940–2022), an elementary school teacher with over 20 years of service across four schools in the area

Recognizes the couple's community contributions, including over 45 years of service through their church, Gospel Light Baptist Tabernacle, and their dedication to youth sports at Adams Park in Kennesaw

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage at the dedicated intersection
