Increases the maximum administrative cost retention cap for the authority from $500,000 to $1 million per fiscal year

The authority may retain up to 1 percent of funds received, subject to the new $1 million cap, to cover costs of administering the chapter

Amends Code Section 15-21A-5 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated

Net proceeds after administrative deductions continue to be distributed to the state general fund, Georgia Crime Victims Emergency Fund, Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund, and local victim assistance programs
