Requires at least 60 minutes daily or 300 minutes weekly of core math instruction for grades 4-5 beginning in the 2027-2028 school year

Mandates automatic enrollment in advanced math courses for students in grades 6-10 who score "distinguished learner" on state math assessments, with parental opt-out provisions and options for "proficient" scorers to request enrollment

Requires the State Board of Education to adopt content standards for advanced math courses in grades 8-10 by January 1, 2027, including Enhanced Algebra: Concepts and Connections

Directs the Professional Standards Commission to revise elementary education teacher certification requirements by July 1, 2028, to include training in evidence-based math instruction and the four strands of mathematical proficiency (problem solving, procedural fluency, conceptual understanding, and productive dispositions)

Requires annual reporting by October 1 on advanced math enrollment data disaggregated by ethnicity, race, sex, socioeconomic status, disability, and language proficiency, with no waivers permitted for these requirements
