Removes immunity from damages or liability for law enforcement officers acting on immigration enforcement within 300 feet of a public school site

Restricts public school employees from sharing student immigration status information unless proven necessary for public safety purposes

Protects school employees from discipline, suspension, or termination for implementing these protocols
