Increases the State Court of Gwinnett County from seven judges to eight judges effective January 1, 2027, and from eight to nine judges effective January 1, 2028

The eighth judge will be appointed by the Governor for an initial term ending December 31, 2028; the ninth judge will be appointed for an initial term ending December 31, 2030

Future successors to both positions will be elected at general elections for four-year terms

Additional judges receive the same compensation, powers, duties, and immunities as existing State Court judges

Gwinnett County is authorized to provide courtroom space, office facilities, equipment, supplies, and personnel for the additional judges, with all expenditures paid from the county treasury
