Adds the Classic Learning Test (CLT) as an accepted standardized college admissions test alongside the SAT and ACT throughout Georgia education code

CLT scores will count toward student achievement measures for school accountability, dual enrollment eligibility for 10th graders, and qualification for achievement waivers from classroom expenditure requirements

Local school systems must make CLT and CLT10 available to home study students in grades 6-12 on the same terms as enrolled students

CLT scores will qualify students for Zell Miller Scholarship eligibility, with an overall score of at least 86 equivalent to the SAT 1200 or ACT 26 requirement; Georgia Student Finance Commission must establish CLT concordance tables by January 1 each year

Effective July 1, 2026, applying to all school and academic years beginning with 2026-2027
