Requires the Georgia Department of Public Health to publish abortion statistics on its website beginning July 1, 2026, overriding existing physician confidentiality requirements in state code

Data must include the number of induced terminations of pregnancy from 1994 to present, broken down by year, county, age, race, and ethnicity

Information must be updated and posted at least annually in tabular, mapped, charted, or other appropriate formats

Published data must comply with federal HIPAA requirements and cannot reasonably lead to identification of any individual patient

Maintains existing requirement that all induced terminations of pregnancy must be reported to the department within 10 days by the facility or attending physician
