GA HB1075

Amends Georgia Code Section 16-6-13 to add enhanced penalties for persons convicted of pimping (Code Section 16-6-11) who have a prior conviction for human trafficking for labor or sexual servitude

Offenders with prior trafficking convictions who are then convicted of pimping face a felony charge with 1-10 years imprisonment, regardless of whether it is their first pimping offense

Makes minor technical change replacing the term "imprisonment" with "confinement" throughout the penalty provisions

Maintains existing penalty structure for first-time offenders without trafficking history: misdemeanor of high and aggravated nature with judicial discretion to suspend all but 72 hours of confinement
