Establishes the Georgia Public Safety Support Grant Program, administered by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, to provide funding to local law enforcement agencies (county/city police and sheriff's offices) and trial courts throughout the state

Authorizes grants for equipment, technology, and infrastructure purchases; hiring, training, and professional development of law enforcement and court personnel; interoperable systems and data-sharing platforms; and programs enhancing public safety and judicial efficiency

Permits the Council to accept voluntary private donations from individuals, corporations, nonprofits, and foundations, with the condition that contributors receive no special privileges or benefits unavailable to the general public

Prohibits grant funds from being used for direct cash payments to individuals, lobbying or political activities, influencing elections, providing private benefits without public benefit, or forgiving obligations

Requires annual reporting to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House on contributions received, expenditures made, and public benefits achieved, with all program records subject to public inspection requests
