Authorizes a nonbinding advisory referendum in Ware County asking voters whether they support a perimeter highway bypass around Waycross

Referendum will be held on the date of the 2026 general primary election

Ware County election superintendent must call and conduct the election, publish notice once a week for two weeks prior, and certify results to the Secretary of State

Election expenses will be paid by Ware County

Any Ware County elector may seek a writ of mandamus if the election superintendent fails to comply with the referendum requirements
