Establishes the Nursing Home Supplemental Fund within the Department of Community Health to provide loans, loan guarantees, and grants to financially distressed nursing homes in Georgia

Eligibility requires nursing homes to document revenue losses exceeding $1 million in any fiscal year directly attributable to reductions or elimination of federal Medicaid funding effective on or after July 4, 2025

Department of Community Health will administer the fund, establish eligibility criteria, and implement an application process for financial assistance

Annual reporting to the Governor and General Assembly required beginning October 1, 2027, with reports published on the department's website

Effective date contingent on appropriation of funds by the General Assembly; automatically repeals December 31, 2031 if no funding is appropriated
