Professional Standards Commission must develop performance measures for educator preparation providers (EPPs) by January 1, 2027, evaluating teacher and school personnel training programs across Georgia

Required metrics include enrollment data, graduation rates, certification exam passage rates, job placement rates by school district, 1/3/5-year retention rates, and student performance data for graduates' first three years

Annual EPP performance reports must be published starting January 1, 2028, and distributed to EPPs, state education agencies, Board of Regents, local school districts, and legislative education committee chairs

Standard satisfaction surveys must be administered to EPP graduates and their employers after the first year of employment to assess preparation quality

Board of Regents must annually review performance measures for University System of Georgia EPP programs and determine if interventions or support are needed
