Amends Code Section 15-6-3 to change superior court term schedules for all four counties in the Cordele Judicial Circuit: Ben Hill, Crisp, Dooly, and Wilcox Counties

Replaces the current system of multiple specific Monday court dates spread throughout the year with a simplified schedule of two terms beginning the Monday following January 1 and July 1

Applies uniformly across the circuit, eliminating the previously varied schedules where each county had different designated court weeks in different months

Effective date is January 1, 2027
