Amends Georgia Code Section 44-14-411.1 to revise notice requirements for motor vehicle repossessors handling personal property found inside repossessed vehicles

Eliminates the requirement for a second notice to vehicle owners before disposing of unredeemed personal property; property may now be disposed of after 30 days from the single notice instead of requiring two 30-day notice periods

Defines when a lawful repossession is legally completed: when the vehicle is attached to a tow truck or loaded onto a carrier, when the repossessing party enters the vehicle, or when the vehicle is moved by the repossessing party

Retains the 10-day deadline for repossessors to notify vehicle owners of intent to dispose of personal property, with notice allowed via personal service, certified mail, or statutory overnight delivery

Repossessors maintain a lien on personal property found in vehicles for reasonable storage and notice expenses
