Requires Georgia state government to use "Judea and Samaria" instead of "West Bank" in all official communications and government materials when referring to territory Israel acquired from Jordan during the 1967 Six-Day War

Defines "Judea" as the land south of Jerusalem and "Samaria" as the land north of Jerusalem

Prohibits state funds from being used beginning July 1, 2026 to prepare or publish any policy, guidance, regulation, press release, or other materials that use the term "West Bank"

Exempts expenditures related to federal law obligations from the funding prohibition

Short title is the "RECOGNIZING Judea and Samaria Act" (acronym stands for "Retiring the Egregious Confusion Over the Genuine Name of Israel's Zone of Influence by Necessitating Government-use of Judea and Samaria Act")
