Amends Georgia Code Section 9-3-99 to extend statute of limitations tolling to wrongful death actions brought by surviving relatives under Code Sections 19-7-1(c), 51-4-2, or 51-4-4 when the death resulted from an alleged crime

Tolling period begins on the date of the alleged crime and continues until criminal prosecution becomes final or terminates

Maximum tolling period capped at six years, except as otherwise provided in Code Section 9-3-33.1

Expands existing tolling protections that previously applied only to tort actions brought directly by crime victims to now include family members pursuing wrongful death claims
