Authorizes the Spalding County Probate Court clerk to collect a technology fee up to $15.00 per civil action filing and up to $15.00 as a surcharge on each court fine

Fee amount is set by the probate court judge and must be used exclusively for the court's technological needs

Authorized uses include computer hardware, software, and accessories; equipment lease, maintenance, and installation; audio-visual, imaging, scanning, communications, and printing equipment; and technical support services

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk and spent only as directed by the chief judge of the court
