Authorizes the Magistrate Court of Spalding County to charge a technology fee of up to $15.00 per civil action filing and up to $15.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed

Fee revenue must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware, software, accessories, and technical support services

Authorized expenditures also include audio-visual, imaging, scanning, facsimile, communications, projection, recording, and printing equipment

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk and used only as directed by the chief judge of the court
