Child care learning centers and family child care learning homes must maintain at least one portable airway clearance device on premises

All employees who care for or supervise children must be CPR certified within 45 days of beginning employment

Defines "portable airway clearance device" as a portable medical device using manually created suction to remove airway blockages during choking emergencies

Amends Chapter 1A of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated relating to early care and learning

Effective upon Governor's approval or upon becoming law without approval
