Repeals the Act that created the Garden City Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Authority, originally approved May 17, 2004

All assets of the Authority automatically transfer to Garden City, Georgia, subject to any legal restrictions

All obligations and liabilities of the Authority transfer to and become the responsibility of Garden City, Georgia

Garden City Council is authorized to execute deeds and conveyance instruments on behalf of the dissolved Authority to complete the asset and obligation transfers
