Declares void and unenforceable any nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement that prohibits a person from disclosing acts of childhood sexual abuse or related facts to others

Applies retroactively to agreements entered into before, on, or after the law's effective date

Preserves the ability of parties to keep other settlement terms confidential, including settlement amounts and payment terms

Requires anyone seeking to enforce an agreement preventing disclosure of childhood sexual abuse to first obtain a final declaratory judgment that the agreement is enforceable

Takes effect upon the Governor's approval or upon becoming law without approval
