Removes the existing 50-mile radius requirement that previously restricted veterinary teletriage to situations where no veterinarian was available within 50 miles or 24 hours of the client's request

Allows licensed veterinarians and supervised veterinary technicians to practice veterinary teletriage regardless of whether a veterinarian-client-patient relationship exists

Requires veterinarians or technicians providing teletriage to request that clients present the animal for a physical examination as soon as reasonably practical

Mandates written disclosure to clients of the veterinarian's full name, location, license number, licensure status, and service limitations, with a signed acknowledgment required

Clarifies that no valid veterinary-client-patient relationship is required to provide veterinary teleadvice or veterinary teletriage
