Creates a publicly searchable recidivist domestic violence offender registry maintained by the Georgia Crime Information Center and accessible on the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's website

Requires registration for individuals convicted of a felony domestic violence offense or those convicted of any domestic violence offense who have at least one prior domestic violence conviction

Registry listings last 2 years for offenders with one prior conviction, 5 years for those with two priors, and 10 years for those with three or more prior convictions

Offenders must pay a $150 registration fee, with $50 retained by the sentencing court and $100 remitted to the state general fund

Applies to persons convicted of domestic violence offenses on or after January 1, 2027
