Authorizes the City of Mableton, Georgia to exercise all redevelopment powers under the state's "Redevelopment Powers Law," including creating tax allocation districts and issuing tax allocation bonds

Requires voter approval through a referendum scheduled for the Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2026

Mandates public notice of the election be published in Cobb County's official organ once 90 days before the election and weekly for two weeks preceding the vote

Section 1 takes effect immediately if more than half of voters approve; the Act automatically repeals on January 1, 2027 if voters reject it or the election is not held
