Increases the number of superior court judges in Georgia's Middle Judicial Circuit from 2 to 3

Governor will appoint the third judge for a term beginning January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028; successors will be elected in nonpartisan judicial elections for four-year terms starting in 2028

Chief judge will be elected by majority vote of the judges for two-year terms and will have authority to make appointments and resolve disagreements among judges

Authorizes an additional court reporter for the circuit and requires county governing authorities to provide courtrooms, facilities, office space, equipment, and personnel as court expenses

All three judges will have equal jurisdiction and authority, with power to adopt rules of practice, divide workload, and conduct simultaneous jury trials within the circuit
