Requires lifeguards to be positioned every 150 yards on all public beaches in Georgia during identified periods of high occupancy

Directs the Department of Economic Development to create a pilot program encouraging high school students to become lifeguards

Requires the department to submit a detailed report on the pilot program's effectiveness to the Governor and legislative leadership by December 31, 2028

Pilot program automatically terminates on January 1, 2029, with the report to include recommendations for potential statewide expansion
