Amends Georgia Code Section 13-12-3 to require sellers to provide written or electronic notification of automatic renewal 30-60 days before the cancellation deadline for service contracts of 12 months or more that auto-renew for more than one month

Contracts auto-renewing for more than 24 months require sellers to obtain written/electronic acknowledgment of the renewal notice AND an affirmative response from the consumer that they do not intend to terminate

Adds new requirement for contracts auto-renewing for one year or more with a price increase of 50% or more: sellers must obtain both acknowledgment of notice and affirmative consumer response to continue

Effective date of December 31, 2026, applying only to contracts entered into on or after that date
