Requires voter registration applicants who were previously registered in another state, county, or municipality to provide their former voting address and sign a statement requesting cancellation of their previous registration

Mandates county registrars transmit applicant information (name, birth year, last four SSN digits, driver's license number, addresses) to the Secretary of State at least monthly for those previously registered out of state

Secretary of State must notify other states' chief election officials when Georgia registers someone who was previously registered there, including a copy of the voter registration form and request for cancellation

Allows Georgia to cancel voter registrations when other states send comparable notices that a Georgia voter has registered elsewhere, without requiring confirmation notice to the voter

Requires quarterly public reporting on the Secretary of State's website detailing the number of interstate registration notices sent and received; effective January 1, 2027
