Repeals the authority of the Georgia Department of Public Health and county boards of health to require vaccinations or other preventive measures against contagious or infectious diseases

Prohibits state and local government entities from requiring vaccines or proof of postinfection recovery as a condition for government services, employment, professional licensure, school enrollment (pre-K through postsecondary), transportation, childcare, healthcare facilities, or business access

Bans state and local governments from issuing vaccine passports, immunization passes, or standardized documentation certifying an individual's health status

Prohibits state and local government entities from requiring face masks or other facial coverings to prevent the spread of contagious or infectious diseases

Prohibits businesses operating in Georgia from requiring customers to show proof of vaccination, proof of postinfection recovery, or wear masks to enter premises or receive goods and services
