Courts and administrative hearing officers are prohibited from deferring to state agency interpretations of Georgia's Constitution, statutes, regulations, or subregulatory documents when deciding cases

The prohibition applies to both written and unwritten agency determinations or interpretations

Existing standards of review for findings of fact under Code Section 5-3-5 remain unchanged

Amends Chapter 1 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding new Code Section 15-1-24
