Eliminates the State Board of Cemeterians and transfers cemetery regulation to the Secretary of State, creating a 5-member Cemeterians Advisory Group and requiring cemetery owners to maintain written business continuity and succession plans

Dissolves the Georgia Auctioneers Commission effective July 1, 2026, transferring auctioneer licensing to the Secretary of State while maintaining the existing education, research, and recovery fund solely to pay claims from pre-dissolution conduct (capped at $10,000 per transaction, $20,000 per licensee)

Abolishes the State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists and moves geologist registration to the Secretary of State, requiring a bachelor's degree in geology or related field, seven years of professional experience, and passage of National Association of State Boards of Geology examinations

Eliminates the State Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Dispensers, transferring regulation of prescription hearing aid dispensers to the renamed State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing, expanding board membership from 8 to 10 members

Establishes licensing requirements for prescription hearing aid dispensers including passage of the International Licensing Examination, a jurisprudence exam, demonstrated audiometric testing competency, and 20 hours of biennial continuing education, while exempting over-the-counter hearing aids from regulation
