Expands the State Court of Muscogee County from two judges to three judges, effective January 1, 2027

The third judge will be elected in the nonpartisan general election in 2026 for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2027

The two existing judges serving as of December 31, 2026 will continue to serve out their current terms

The third judge will have the same powers, duties, jurisdiction, privileges, and immunities as the existing judges

Compensation, salary, supplements, and expense allowances for the third judge will be equal to those of the other State Court judges
