Amends the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to revise, modernize, and correct errors or omissions in furtherance of the Code Revision Commission's work

Makes technical corrections across dozens of titles including punctuation fixes (commas, semicolons), spelling corrections ("Multistate" for "Multistage," "database" for "data base"), and standardized terminology ("internet" for "Internet," "email" for "e-mail")

Repeals portions of the Code that have become obsolete, been declared unconstitutional, or been preempted or superseded by subsequent laws, and redesignates certain Code sections as "reserved" or "repealed"

Codifies principles of law derived from Georgia Supreme Court decisions and standardizes statutory language throughout (e.g., replacing "For purposes of" with "As used in," "shall mean" with "means")

Reenacts the statutory text and arrangement of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated published in 2025 supplements and revised volumes, while specifying that annotations, research references, and editorial matter have no binding legal authority
