Extends the sunset date for a sales and use tax exemption on noncommercial written materials or mailings by qualifying tax-exempt organizations from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2031

Qualifying organizations must pay sales and use tax upfront on purchases of tangible personal property, then file a claim for refund on qualifying items

Refunds issued under this exemption do not include interest

Effective upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
