Exempts intermediate care facilities and skilled nursing facilities serving war veterans from Georgia's certificate of need (CON) program requirements

Applies only to facilities owned by or operated on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service

Beds at exempt veterans nursing facilities will not be counted in the state's inventory when determining need for additional healthcare providers or services

Amends Code Section 31-6-47 by adding a new exemption category (paragraph 36) to the existing CON exemption list
