Prohibits courts from awarding attorney's fees or litigation expenses against victims of sexual offenses (Chapter 6 of Title 16) when the defendant has been found guilty, pleaded guilty, or pleaded nolo contendere to the offense or a lesser included offense

Protection applies to any civil action related in any manner to the underlying criminal sexual offense

Amends two sections of Georgia code: Code Section 9-15-14 (frivolous actions and defenses) and Code Section 13-6-11 (recovery of litigation expenses)

Expresses legislative intent that no sanctions of any kind shall be awarded against sexual offense victims in related civil proceedings
