GA HB1328

Expands the nomination pool for University of North Georgia military scholarships from exactly six persons per congressional district to between six and ten persons per congressional district, selected by February 1 annually from General Assembly member recommendations.

Authorizes the selection committee to award additional scholarships beyond the minimum three per congressional district, subject to available funding.

Caps total scholarship recipients at 70% of Georgia Army National Guard cadets enrolled at the University of North Georgia or 210 persons, whichever is less.

Requires additional scholarship awards to be distributed equally between congressional districts and cadet cohorts, to the extent practicable.
