Amends Chapter 14 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to implement the federal Workforce Pell Grant program established under Section 8302 of the federal One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 (P.L. 119-21)

Requires the Governor, in consultation with the State Workforce Development Board, to approve all eligible workforce training programs for Workforce Pell Grant purposes

Mandates coordination of approved workforce training programs with other federal and state workforce programs to prevent duplicative funding for the same purpose

Prohibits state agencies and departments from adopting policies, rules, or regulations to implement this section, while authorizing only the State Workforce Development Board to establish eligibility determination procedures
