Amends the Fulton County Board of Education pension and retirement system, originally established February 2, 1945

Revises the qualifications for one at-large member of the pension board to allow either an active or retired participant in the plan to serve

The at-large member must be nominated by the pension board and appointed by the board of education

Expands eligibility for the at-large pension board position beyond just active participants to include retirees
