Business entities are prohibited from denying access to services, products, venues, education, or transportation based on refusal of medical interventions, and cannot require medical interventions as a condition of employment or contract work

Schools at all levels (daycare through university) are prohibited from mandating medical interventions for attendance, campus access, employment, or participation in extracurricular activities

Government entities and officials cannot require medical interventions as a condition for accessing government services, receiving licenses or permits, using public facilities or transportation, or government employment

Employers are prohibited from providing differential compensation, benefits, or treatment based on an employee's decision to accept or decline a medical intervention

Repeals the authority of the Georgia Department of Public Health and county boards of health to require vaccinations or other preventive measures against contagious or infectious diseases
